High Temperature Industrial Centrifugal Fan is a high-performance ventilation and smoke-removal device for coal-fired boilers, both domestic and industrial, equipped with smoke and dust extraction systems. This industrial centrifugal fan provides stable airflow, reliable high-temperature operation, and a straightforward structure that simplifies maintenance, making it ideal for boiler ventilation and industrial smoke extraction applications.
Product Details
The high temperature centrifugal fan handles flue gas with dust content below 50mg/m³ and operates efficiently at temperatures between 165℃ and 250℃. For higher-temperature applications above 250℃, a stainless steel high-temperature boiler fan is recommended.
This series comes in three drive configurations—TYPE A, C, and D—allowing flexible installation in different boiler setups. A Type A reloadable motor is standard, with general ventilation motors meeting E-class standards, while high-temperature motors are constructed from heat-resistant materials. A cooling wind wheel on the extended shaft between the impeller and motor housing effectively dissipates heat and prevents damage from high temperatures.
The fan’s simple design ensures easy inspection, maintenance, and long-term reliability, supporting continuous operation in demanding boiler environments.
